Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Who we are
Muslim Advertising is a trading name of The Garden Network Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and contact details are available on request from hello@muslim-advertising.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Muslim Advertising platform at muslim-advertising.com (the "Platform") and any campaign management services we provide ("Services"). By using the Platform or our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service we provide
Muslim Advertising is a managed AI-assisted advertising platform built specifically for Muslim charities, faith-based organisations, and Muslim-owned businesses in the UK. Our service includes:
- An intake conversation that captures your campaign brief and produces a strategic Campaign Intelligence Summary
- A full campaign plan with platform recommendations, ad copy, audience strategy, KPI targets, and Islamic calendar alignment
- Campaign creation, management, and reporting on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, on your behalf and from accounts you authorise us to manage
- Performance reporting benchmarked against UK Muslim sector data drawn from over a decade of campaign activity
- Custom audience management where you have provided first-party data with appropriate consent
The Platform is delivered as a managed service. Our team reviews and approves every campaign plan before any ad spend is committed. No campaign goes live without your explicit approval.
3. Your account and authorisation
To use our managed advertising services, you must connect your Meta Business account and / or Google Ads account to our Platform. This is done via Facebook Login for Business and Google OAuth respectively. You are giving The Garden Network Ltd permission to:
- Access the ad accounts and Pages you have nominated
- Create, update, pause, and report on campaigns within those accounts
- Access campaign performance data for the purpose of reporting back to you
You confirm that you are authorised to grant this access on behalf of your organisation and that the ad accounts you connect belong to you or to organisations you legally represent.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your organisation and campaign
- Hold the legal right and necessary consents to advertise the campaigns you submit
- Comply with the advertising policies of Meta, Google, and any other platform we run campaigns on
- Not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or in breach of any applicable law in the United Kingdom
- Hold the right to use any creative assets, logos, images, video, or text you provide to us
- Maintain a working donation page or landing page that is fit for purpose and complies with applicable consumer protection law
- Pay any agreed campaign management fees and ad spend as set out in your written agreement with us
5. Charity and faith content
Meta and Google routinely reject ads in the charity and religious giving categories. We will pre-check all ad copy against current platform policies before submission and we will appeal rejections where appropriate. You acknowledge that ad approval is ultimately at the discretion of the ad platforms and that we cannot guarantee approval of any individual ad.
6. Our responsibilities
We commit to:
- Treat your campaign brief, your data, and your ad accounts with care and respect
- Manage your campaigns to the standards expected of an experienced UK Muslim sector specialist
- Provide honest, sector-specific recommendations based on real campaign data
- Report performance accurately and on the agreed schedule
- Comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018
- Respond to your queries within 24 working hours during normal business hours
7. Data and confidentiality
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In summary, we encrypt your access tokens at rest, we never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we delete connection data within 7 days of you disconnecting your account. See our Data Deletion Instructions for how to request that all data associated with your account be removed.
We treat your campaign brief, your performance data, and any other information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose it to any third party without your permission, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Service.
8. Fees and payment
Our fee structure depends on the services you take. Specific fees are set out in your written agreement with us. Standard arrangements include:
- A monthly platform fee for managed campaign delivery
- Ad spend, which is billed at cost and payable separately
- Optional add-ons for creative production, copywriting, or strategic consulting
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of campaign management services.
9. Termination
You may end your use of the Service at any time by emailing hello@muslim-advertising.com. We will pause active campaigns within 24 hours, complete any agreed reporting, and disconnect your accounts on request.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay agreed fees, or use the Service for purposes that conflict with our values or the law.
On termination, we will retain your data only for as long as necessary to comply with legal and accounting obligations. See our Data Deletion Instructions for how to request immediate deletion.
10. Liability
We will use reasonable skill and care in providing the Service. However, we cannot guarantee specific advertising outcomes - donation volumes, return on ad spend, click-through rates, or audience reach. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and the quality of your landing page and creative.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content, creative assets, logos, and brand materials you provide to us. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of running your campaigns.
We retain ownership of the Muslim Advertising platform, our system prompts, our benchmark data, our audience intelligence, and all software we have developed. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
The campaign plans, ad copy, and creative recommendations we produce for you are licensed to you for use in your campaigns. You may not resell or repackage them as your own.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. If we make material changes that affect existing clients, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Contact
